cooking begin when he was little. He majored in
restaurant management in college, soon after
graduating, he was appointed manager of a well
known restaurant in China. In 1992, Yi obtained
the level of "China's Premier Chef". Ever since Yi
came to United States, he has been in the
restaurant business, he's goal is to let everyone
taste the exquisite dishes of Chinese Food.
